Woodgrove HS: Mon 6-7 k-2nd

Loudoun Valley HS: Tue/Thurs 6:30-8:15 3rd-8th Graders

Loudoun County HS: Mon/Wed 7:-8:30 5/6-8th Graders

RTC:

K-2 Tues/Thurs 4:45-6:00pm

3-5 Mon/Wed 5-6:30pm

ES National Team Tues/Thurs 6-7:30pm, Fri 5-6:30 

MS National Team Mon/Wed/Fri 6:30-8:30

These groups are subject to change due to the numbers of members,skill level of the individual, & finding an approperiate drill partner.  Wrestlers could flucuate in groups: Wrestlers could move to Advanced or move to Beginner practices (Coach/Parent decision).
