2023 Eagles Alumni Camp 7-12th
Eagles Alumni Camp
This Camp, conducted by Freedom Alumni, is for grades 7-rising 12th graders. The focus of the camp is to create championship level wrestlers. The camp will focus mostly on new techniques from the top, bottom, and neutral position. Athletes will also wrestle live, participate in wrestling games, and have guest speakers designed to help them better learn and appreciate the sport of wrestling. All levels of experience including beginners are welcome to attend, given that the boys will be divided into different learning groups.
June 26-June 30th, 12:00pm-4:30pm
The Wrestlers will have two sessions per day, Fist session will start at 12:15pm after stretching and warm-up and continue until 2:15pm. There will then be a 15-minute break for wrestling games until roughly 2:30pm. Final session will run from 2:30pm until 4:30pm. We will hold a competition during the final session of day 5 for all campers. (Takedown tournament, or individual tournament)
This camp, conducted by Freedom's Coaching staff, is for grades k-through 6. The focus of this camp is to concentrate on the fundamentals of wrestling from the top, bottom, and neutral positions. Athletes will be taught a variety of techniques designed to help them become a championship wrestler. Athletes will also wrestle live, participate in wrestling games, and have guest speakers designed to help them better learn and appreciate the sport of wrestling.
June 26-June 30th, 8:00am-12pm
The Wrestlers will have two sessions per day, Fist session will start at 8:15am after stretching and warm-up and continue until 9:30am. There will then be a break for wrestling games until roughly 10:15am. Final session will run from 10:30am until 11:50am, with a 10-minute wrap up at the end of camp for wrestlers to "Show what they Know" which is their time to show what they learned that day at camp. We will hold a takedown tournament on the last day of camp from 10:45am-12:00pm.

This camp is a fast pace wrestling technique camp for wrestlers who have at least 1-2 years experience. Wrestlers will learn Techniques from Neutral (Hand fighting, set-ups, creating angles), Top (Bars, Tilts, Cradles, Rides) Bottom (Stand-up Series, Push-back series, Changeover series), and Short offense. Each technique will be taught step by step, through progression and defense will be taught to each move. There will be technique session each day, with live situations and live go's.

2023 RIP Wrestling Camp

(Ages 8-18) The Ranger Wrestling Camp is an intensive, fast pace camp that will challenge wrestlers both mentally and physically. The camp will cover all aspects of wrestling techniques/positions: hand-fighting, neutral position, short offense, bottom position, top position, circuit drilling and much more!
Wrestlers will also go through: US Army Ranger PT (Physical Training) Test: 2 mile timed run, 2 min of push-ups, 2 min of sit-ups, and pull-up test. Will be conducted in the beginning and at the end of camp. Cardiovascular training: tire flips, stadium runs, sprint work-out, Sled pushes, circuit training, Kettle Bell walks, etc. Mental Talks: In-season, out of season, prepping for a match. Takedown Tournament at the end of camp. 3 awards will be given: Takedown Champ, PT Champ (Fitness test), and Overall Ranger award. This camp is not for the weak hearted!! Max campers 40
