"The Ranger 12-hour is a night you won't forget. Starting at 6pm and going until 6am we will test ourselves physically and mentally. We will participate in a workout every 30-45 minutes. Workouts will include Live wrestling, wrestling technique, weight lifting, running, battle ropes, tire flips and more.
What you will need to bring:
- Food & Drinks
- Workout Clothes (dress for indoors & outdoors)
- Wrestling and Running Shoes
Cost: $40 -
Location: Tuscarora High School Wrestling room (and surrounding areas)
Date: 10/12/19 from 6:00pm until 7:00am
