**Parents we are following guidelines from USA Wrestling and CDC to ensure a safe return to the mat. 

We will be taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of your children. **

Covid 19 Procedures

*This guidelines are subject to change due to Virginia’s Covid current Phases (Restrictions or lifting Restrictions)  If you are sick do not come, stay at home. 

Facilities and Mats:

-Practice locations, Fielders Choice (Nov-Dec) and New Facility RTC (Jan-mid March), will be cleaned daily, Mats will be cleaned in-between each session.  RTC will have Air purifiers and garage doors will b open on nice days. 

Entering the Facility:

- All parents must sign our initial Covid Wavier (Fielders Choice & RTC ) & daily Covid Symptom checker before practice

-Only Staff & Wrestlers will be allowed to enter the facility (Until restrictions are lifted)

-Wrestlers must enter the facility with mask on

-Wrestlers temperature will be checked before entering the facility, 100.4 or higher will not be allowed to enter.  So please don’t leave without the ok. 

-Wrestlers will put their stuff against the wall, away from other people,

-Hand sanitizer stations will be available for them

While in the building & during practices:

-Wrestlers must bring your own water (at the new facility in January, kids may fill up there water bottles)  Kids cannot drink from the water fountain.

-Wrestlers will only wrestler in a group of 3-4 other (keeping the same groups together)

-Wrestlers will participate in more social distancing games

-While at “Fielders Choice” only 20 wrestlers in the building at a time.  New facility (Jan) we will allow 30 wrestler at a time.  Each building is a big open area. 

-No eating food

-Wrestlers will spread out during instruction, warm-ups, and wrestling. 

Exiting the Building:

-Wrestlers will hit the sanitizer area before they leave (Highly recommend getting sanitation wipes, Matgaurd) and use hand sanitizer. 

-Wrestlers will go back their bags/shoes and wait to be dismissed.

-Drive by pick-ups only and wrestlers will be dismissed in an orderly fashion
