All-Girls Wrestling Practices Winter 24-25

For: MS/HS wrestlers who are serious about wrestling

When: March 31st-June 4th, On Mondays & Wednesdays, 6-8pm

Where: RTC 960 Sycolin rd. Suite 125 Leesburg, VA 20175

Cost: $300 for the season or a $10 drop in fee 

What to bring: Wrestling Shoes, Athletic Attire, Hair ties, and  water bottle

Welcome to the Rangers Wrestling Club 24-25 Winter Season.  Rangers in a span of 6 years have won the MDWL Championship every year, were back to back state champs, and placed top 5 in the state multiple times.  We are thee club for Beginners, Experienced, and National level wrestlers.

Welcome to Rangers Beginners practices.  

These Practices are geared for 1st-5th graders with 0 to 1 year experience.   We will work on a lot of Drills and Skills, Basics, and games.  If they show good progression and are mature enough, they could be bump up to our advance room.  Starts on April 10th-June 5th

Times: Thursdays 5-6pm

What to bring: Water bottle, Wrestling Shoes (We have some extras), athletic attire Shorts/T-Shirt, (Optional: Headgear and Knee Pads)

Times: Tuesdays 5-6:30 Thursdays 6-7:30pm, Starts April 10th-June5th

What to expect?:  Wrestlers will go through a developed system of moves on their Feet, Short Offense, Bottom, and Top.  Every 2 weeks, there will be a new system implemented.  This will help their chain wrestling so they can go from 1 move right to another with out thinking about it.  

Cost: $250, there is a Ranger Member discount of $50 if you wrestled with the Team this year.

When: Nov 17 - Feb 22, On Sundays from Nov-Dec and changes to Saturday's from Jan-Feb, 10am-12pm
